Constant rule changes to appease American viewers. Teams in American cities that suffer poor attendance, yet keep giving American cities the new teams. It's no secret that the Canadian markets are the ones who dictate the revenue stream.

Winnipeg only lost their team due to stadium contracts and the owner right. 30,000 strong stood up to try and keep them. Should have never moved to the desert. Move the new jets to seattle and move arizona back where they belong
