Just because the Predators have been moaning about possible "tampering" doesn't mean it is tampering. Tampering is tough to prove. Every team "talks with other players using intermediaries. Just look at the start of free agency on July 1st. Remember when players would sign 5-6-7-8 year deals for huge money 30 minutes after the window opened? Nothing happened then. Nothing will happen come Aug 15th

The Sabres have a lot of good young talent. The majority of it is at the NHL level. Not much in Rochester. The Leafs have good young talent in the AHL and in junior. The Sabres are a year or two "ahead" of the Leafs in terms of their rebuild.

Nobody can really tell how their builds will all turn out (refer to the Oilers). Young Talent does not always mature as projected)

While I think Nylander is an incredible talent ,who is definitely up there with Eichel and Reinhardt the comparison does not hold up, Eichel and Reinhardt played full seasons, not 22 games... Nylander may have gone through some slumps or possibly even out pointed those two,but no comparison can be made by a quarter season sample size.
Oh and btw many Leafs fans have heard us say this but Garth does not speak for us at all, his blogs are truly delusional and silly, not even a true homer will admit to liking his blog!

That's a fair point, why I took each of their first 22 games and didn't do a % of for reinhart and eichel (possible sumps ect)

I'm not saying he's better or anything, just pointing out he's pretty good. Al least in the conversation.
