I think we can have kessel as a 3rd line right wing in the playoffs. All that matters is winning games. Hawks did it last year with Sharp down on the 3rd line, sometimes 4th.

Hags - Malkin - Bennett (Sprong)
Rust - Bonino - Kessel
Kuhn - Cullen - Fehr

I was really tempted to put Kuhn with Geno because Geno always done well with a net front presence and I think Kuhn could be that. Wilson being healthy would be the left wing on that line.

Haglen and Kessel are like Ben and Jerry and Bartles and James you don't seperate them. Cullen Rust and Kuhnackle are a force as well. This team is so different than the past 5 years, this is a team that is really vibing as a whole. We have tremendous depth at every position this year and we may be able to ride that through the playoffs. 8 dmen, 16 forwards, and 3 goalies that are NHL caliber players is the kind of blessing that wins stanley cups..

1. DP is constantly tossed around in trade ideas.
2. Maatta with the exception of the 6 year deal has been mediocre at best.
3. Murray has potential but has not shown that he is a franchise Goalie yet.
4. Blueger and Sundqvist the jury is still out on
5. Seymour is still garbage and has been Wheeling fodder his entire pro career. He is not the next Bortuzzo in any way.
6. Zlobin had one good playoff run, that's it the rest he was awful in WBS regular season, injured all of last season and in Wheeling this season.

GO ahead though anoint them as the best cumulative draft picks of all time.

hahahha nope. I see one of the best hockey players in the world, a player who put up 15 points in his last 13 games, while injured, under MS. I see a player that fits fine in the Penguins lineup, and the guy who makes the Power Play go. Madden is just dumb. Geno pissed on his bacon donuts one morning and he never got over it. Oh if that line is hot, sure, leave them together and try Malkin with Bennett/Rust. I definitely agree with that. I would have no problem with that, but to say Malkin isn't needed and should be traded, that's just stupid thinking, and thats a drum Madden has been beating for years.
