Pens-Plachta, Jeffery, and a conditional 7th

I don't see Blueger on there, I am pretty sure he has played a couple games.

Also, Owen Sound could get eliminated tonight and Jaden Lindo should be free to sign a contract. I have to say all I know about him is what was said in the reports when he was drafted. Big kid, physical, long shot to play in the NHL. Does anyone know if he has progressed enough for him to go to WBS?

I believe both Blueger and Guenztal have only played one each. They will get slotted in here and there but I wouldn't put them into a perm spot yet.

Guentzel played last Saturday and was on WPTT here. Feed wasn't the best, he looked OK to me, was somewhat tentative. Understandable as he probably only had one practice with the team.

I want to think management felt he was going to be a late bloomer and have high hopes for him. I remember he was small when they drafted him but one of his brothers grew to be pretty good size while in college. He looked about average size to me, so he must have grew some.

That is a shame for the Isles but I did see the replay and it looked like an innocent hit to me. Certainly have seen much worse.
