Good for him. Everyone always calls Jonathan Toews Captain Serious, but I've always thought Crosby was more extreme. You never hear about off ice stories with the guy. Everything in the offseason is all about his absurd training regiment isolated in the Canadian boonies. I've been worried about him for a while because of it. Take a look at Jagr. He's a legend to the sport, but he comes across as a scensierly unhappy person. All he has is hockey and his career is coming to a close soon.

Crosby is the most competitive player in the NHL, unfortunately quite often it turns into whining, at least it looks like whining. He has learned to harness that emotion as he has aged. I seriously doubt he will ever rid himself of that reputation though as haters have to have something to hang onto.

Think Maatta is bad news Stralman has a broken tibia making the east even more up for grabs. Losing Maatta sucks no doubt but he was on the ice at the very end of the Devils game, he played the last shift. So it can't be that bad. I still believe he's been nursing a leg or foot injury most of the season and he must have aggravated it. Playing Lovejoy over Pouliot is an embarrassment to everyone involved. Pouliot will never learn how to play if they keep him on the shelf. He should go back to WBS where he can play 25 minutes a game if they refuse to play him in Pittsburgh. I'm sure his hot little girlfriend won't mind too much.

Just google Kathy Leutner and you will see he has no reason in the world to care about any of those hater idiots. He's the captain of a perennial playoff team and gets to go home to that. He's laughing all the way to the bank.

Add Shea Theodore and Josh Manson to the list of excellent Ducks dmen. Their d corps is maybe the best in the NHL. They can trade Vatanan or Fowler this summer and they won't even feel it. Fowler and Anderson for Nugent Hopkins and Yakupov makes both teams better. I can see something like that happening.

Of course they're doing good, they're professional athletes. Look at Phaneuf marrying Cuthbert and I think it's Laich who is engaged to Julianna Hough. I will say though that nothing was better than seeing a young Alyssa Milano at the Igloo when she was dating Robby Brown.

Although that is true, playing nine games in fifteen days means Murray will get plenty of starts. I anticipate three starts.

There's no doubt he'll see a game or 2 during that stretch, they said when they called him up they planned on him playing 5-6 games the rest of the season. My point was that they won't be deviating from their plan just to get Murray games.
