in 1995-96 they were really good all year, really good, and then they free falled towards end up season and never really got their mojo back, even though they beat Montreal in first round.

I've kind of been out of the loop the last few days, and didn't even realize the Pens caught the Rangers. Same exact record. Same exact number of Wins in regulation. The Pens sit in second, but I am not really sure what the next tie breaker is that gives them the 2nd seed. Head-to-Head?
