Issue is that for all of our talent, we have no "next man up" for Malkin's position and function on the PP. Crosby is the next best thing we have, but putting Crosby there takes away our second biggest PP tool: Sid down low.

Biggest issue I see is the refusal to get pucks on net. Even the second unit is over-passing. Get pucks on net and crash. That should be the singular mindset.
