I would never want to live in London. Visit, sure. But the crappy weather there, the pretty crappy food, subpar looking women...doesnt sound too appealing.

Phantoms really having the wheels come off. I wonder if Scott Gordon is coming back next year. I'm not sure but I have to wonder if their underachieving at this point. I think cousins made strides in his all around game which should prob count for something. Disappointing year aside from the injuries

does anyone here not give two poops about March Madness? Personally, I feel like i'd be more fascinated by flicking my nips than following it.

I've only watched a game or two of the Phantoms, but fwiw, they are one of the absolute worst possession teams in the league. Doesn't thrill me to see the young kids growing up in a perhaps questionable system. Certainly they're not a good team, but you can have a good system with bad players: see the Torontuh Laughs. And the Phantoms have some good players. I don't want to see kids picking any bad habits, especially the d men. I don't know if that's the case though.

Yes. Always look at their box scores and its routinely 40+ shots given up a game. Could have been a downright ugly year without stolarz. I think center depth is a big issue with them

College sports don't excite me one bit. If I'm going to watch a sport I want to see the best players in the world play. Or at least players who are controlled by the pro team you root for.

The Flyers have recalled their best 2 defensemen and their best forwards for stretches, not to mention their All Star Goalie. They also got slammed with their own injuries-they really missed Tim Brent. Only so much a coach can do. For big chunks of the year Gordon was icing a good ECHL line up.

This is all true. It's still taking time to filter our drafted prospects onto the phantoms let alone the flyers

Yeah -- they're probably an average team struggling with everything you mentioned to make them below average. Next year they should get a bundle of talent coming...Fazleev, NAK, Sanheim, perhaps Lindblom. Morin will hopefully make big steps; Hagg could rebound; Stolarz will be backstopping still; don't know if Leier is back; but Martel, Bardreau, Ghoul, McDonald, MacDonald (just kidding, he'll be traded with retained salary), Straka, perhaps Weal.

If they have problems next year...then I'd begin to worry a bit. Not right now though.

Reece Willcox could possibly get a deal. Cornells season is over maybe we'll hear something...
