Yup pretty much agree across the board. I actually like Kypreos, and yeah, Cherry should hang 'em up but I don't mind that he is still doing this because of the whole Canadiana thing.

Yeah, i'd do 8 years if I felt I had the proper read on him. Overpay now....save later. Only thing you may have to worry about is a decreasing cap down the road so you don't want to overpay too much.
