They still are. But I'll take Ron MacLean over Strombo any day.....and the segments were just better before, despite the personnel. The play by play was better too....Healy is just unbearable regardless though.

I dont watch it and judge everything stombo does.. he asks the questions, thats all.. i think he brings something for the younger generation obviously and thats who they're trying to attract.

kane/toews are making 10.5 each. its no different in my mind. hes an elite #1 center at 25 years of age that you can get for zero assets.

i have no issue with free agency being used as long as you dont build through it. the exception of course would be when someone like stamkos comes along. but no more stupid david clarkson-esque signings where everyone is over valued

and no building through trades either. a good steal of a trade is great, but plucking a seguin like dallas did hardly ever happens.

the leafs are doing fine... after this draft we'll have the best prospect pool in the league (IMO - maybe ARI or BUF are in the mix too).

ahhhh kyper. yeah he doesnt have inside knowledge at all lmao. but i actually quite like him as a TV personality. i love the banter between him and doug mclean and whats-his-face is a great host. sometimes, even though i know the tsn guys are more credible, its just fun to listen to them.

tho cox is an idiot. like a HUGE idiot. simmonds is also cringe-worthy on tsn. and dont get me started on don cherry. he should hang him up already......... like good for him for still doing well into his 80s but man hes just racist and embarrassing as far as im concerned

Id rather hear Sakic or Lidstroms opinion rather than a goalies. Theres such a thing as over analyzing a game. At some point you start to think maybe the guy who has never scored a goal shouldnt be giving insight on how to score goals.
