dude he had a sports hernia. I can relate as I had that same surgery last year and it sucked a$$. Definitely not the worst thing in the world but it definitely sucks. Taking a puck in the teeth probably doesn't feel too good either. I blame bad luck rather than him being a fragile player.

dude......I know why he was injured and I don't like it as much as you but you cant deny what's happening - you can classify it as being "fragile" or "bad luck" all you want but the fact is he's missing more games than he's playing - just like........Mr. David "Bear Kiss" Booth

Apples are Oranges.. You have a player that would constantly go down because of bruises/sprains/soreness/stiffness/etc and you have a player who went under the knife because of an injury and then comes back for a game and takes a puck in the mouth and you are comparing the two? Give your head a shake man.

Edler will get more imaging done on foot in VAN but initial sense is he could miss 2-3 weeks. Sutter apparently has a broken jaw. Ouch.
