Pretty useless chart.
Actually, it's useful in showing that drafting isn't the only way to go and that tanking is a really really bad idea. Put the best team you can on the ice year after year and good things will happen.
Detroit. Boston, Pitt Dallas all in the bottom 10 and Chicago is middle of the pack. HEADS NEED TO ROLL!!!!
