Interesting stretch of games upcoming. Two out of the next three against Dallas with San Jose and the Ducks also sprinkled in on the next home stand. Formidable, but no back-to-backs and reasonable periods of rest between games.

Not sure what anyone could discern from the Icehog game last night.

9-1 Griffins at Rockford...most lopsided lose in years.

Oh...and the Hogs scored the first goal.

My guess would be Dano and Bickell (just because most teams know he has to be included in any trade).

JJ have you heard if Hawks are intrested in Jimmy Vesey from Harvard Univ.? He is drafted by Preds 2012 but it´s been rumoured that he won´t sign with them and will become UFA. Vesey is 22 years old LW (6-1, 194) and has 17+17 in 21 games this year and last season 32+26 in 37gp with Harvard.

That would be a crime to have to give up Dano just to get rid of Bickell. I'm starting to think it may be better to just keep him for one more year. I hate giving up talented youth that will be needed in a few years. The question is........ can anybody beat this current team 4 out of 7 in the playoff series ???

Definitely interesting to see Calgary there too. If there is a possible three-way deal in the making, I am curious to see if Drouin comes to Chicago or Calgary.

Rockford gave up ten power plays, and 4 goals. Lots of dumb penalties, especially by Dowell (3 minors) and Liambas and Gotovets. Pokka was even in spite of the score, Dano -1. McNeill and Ross were -3 and -4 (team low) respectively.

I wonder if his effort in practice is lacking.

Dunno, I'm leaving him out until I hear specifically he's playing. I'm not even sure he made this trip(?). I know he was sick and it WAS the flu going through the team, in which case, he is going to be kept out a while.

I keep hearing he's Toronto bound. His dad was recently hired as a Leafs scout and his brother is a 2014 leafs draft pick.

Great young player, but he's headed to Toronto IMO. His Dad is a scout for the Leafs, and his brother is a Maple Leaf draft pick. Ahti Oksanen, (6'3", 209 lbs.) a Dman turned LW at Boston University, is the guy I want Stan going after the most.
