I like your enthusiasm but I'm afraid you may be disappointed. I've never heard any scout or legitimate source for that matter touting him that highly. The highest praise I have heard is "this kid is going to be a player." He is an intriguing prospect but projecting him as anything other than a potential 6 or 7 Dman is a bit much. Kid doesn't have have much in terms of offensive skill. He is mobile for a big man and appears to have a bit of a mean streak.

like this the 7/8 spots are cheap so its doable. Rotate in and out of lineup. Adds offense and size, toughness

Yes definitely. I saw offensive skill in world juniors when I watched him. Had some breakaways even. But mainly point shots...knows how to get over to get a clear shot. But he's young yet. Could find that aspect in NHL. But regardless, big mean and mobile sounds pretty wonderful alone, the guy we've always needed
