i love making pizza. don't make my own dough, by the way.

this weekend i slow cooked two chinese sausages and chopped them up. that with fresh mozzarella, basil, a drizzle of soy and a bit bigger of a drizzle of teryaki sauce. came out nice.

yes, it's super quick and easy. toughest part is making the sauce, and then getting the sauce ratio right for the thickness of the dough. too much and you get a soggy middle, too little and it's bland.

butcher shop i go to has them. super markets too bet not as good. it's just a nasty old sausage but it has that boneless spare rib flavor to them. they're red like that too.
