doubt oilers would trade w us at all...for memory I do not recall any trade w edmonton n nucks in last decade. Nothing big anyways.
Honestly I would be very leery of anything from their roster not named NURSE....and thats clearly not happening - SMBDragon
I'd rather have Schultz than Weber, and I don't know if the Oilers will resign him. |

I think Canucks should look at making an actual hockey trade like the Flames did for Hamilton . You see guys like Vatanen being up to be moved why not try to aquire him.
At Centre we have Hank right now but after that we have Bo Sutter McCann Vey . We also have Shink Boeser and a few high prospects . Maybe an offer something like McCann Boeser and CBJ second for a player of that ilk on D? - VANTEL
Wtf? |

and it appears we tend to win trades with the ducks too, so vatanen would be an excellent target
....as I suggested weeks back |

WHat if we trade Hammer for 1st + and Vrbata for 2nd+ and then combine them with ours(and maybe cbj 2nd) for Dumba or Trouba. WPG fans fear they may not resign him and Min fans say Dumba is locked behind a lot of defensive depth. |

Essentially two 1sts and a 2nd for Vatanen - LeftCoaster
wondering if we could get vatanen for a 2nd.
Columbus 2nd should be a early 2nd, so somewhat closer to 1st in value. Hopefully enough for a guy that ducks cant resign, which hurts his trade value |

Closer to three high seconds 23 Rd and 24 th and a second round .
I don't know what you think the going price for a very good 23 RHD man goes for but its not Ballard Raymond and a second |

Oh my...that would be a crushing trade for the future of the franchise. Let's hold onto the prospects we have. |

I totally agree with this, not sure Vatanen is the guy and I think that is too much of a price as Scooby said |

It's a massive overpayment no matter how you spin it! Career high 37 points and he's not a big guy, without looking he looks like a PP specialist. |

Oilers might give up Eberle for Vatanen . Young Dmen don't come cheap..
Bruins got a first and two seconds last year for Hamilton.
I found nd it surprising that people expect a first and a prospect for slow ass aging Hamhuis but find it steep to ask for Vatanen is high |
