i don't know exact needs, but they have plenty of draft picks and prospects if they want to move out a 2nd and 3rd pick for short-term help this year.

with SG emerging, that blueline all of sudden doesn't look that terrible ... and giroux isn't exactly getting any younger. doesn't seem like it has to be a dead year for the flyers.
