Raffl is a UFA. I don't know why he's not playing pk. But he's not. Id have to trust the coaches on that one.
- Just5

You're right, my mistake. Doesn't change anything.

This year the Flyers PK is ranked 26th in the league at 78%. Raffl has not been playing on the PK.

In 13/14 the Flyers PK was ranked 7th in the league at 84.8%. Raffle was 5th on the team among forwards averaging 1:44 SHTOI.

Wow. I don't even know why Seattle popped into my head, but that's insane you can get the real deal there.

He wouldn't. Look who posited that suggestion. He's 20 years old and had a solid rookie campaign as a 19 yo playing above himself in terms of league and usage. He is having a rougher sophomore campaign marred by an early injury. His goal is to make the NHL...why would he possibly end/delay that dream going back to Sweden playing on the big ice? It's not as if the Flyers don't still have high hopes for him, and whatever he has to work through will be done -- and has to be done -- in the AHL. He's not going anywhere. He's 20 not 25.

Player complains of soreness, and he see's the team doctor's. At this time, the team does not have a medical report from the doctor's or if he is going to miss anytime at all. Hence the report is a maintenance day.

Team has more information, and they know he is going to miss some time. Listed as day to day.

He was considered day to day before going on IR. Team knows he is not going to return to the lineup right away, so they place him on IR for roster flexibility.

Had to google because I didn't read the play. We read it in Senior year of HS in the late winter. In the fall of Junior year, we read the Scarlet Letter. I read the first paragraph about the rose bush, calmly said "(frank) this" then didn't read anything until Senior year. However, the first book we read Senior year was The Painted Veil, and that book was so (frank)ing bad I didn't read anything from then until May when we read Frankenstein. Thus, I skipped over Hamlet.

Yup, just another day at the Flyers medical offices:

day 1: Sean Couturier is taking a maintenance day

day 2: Sean Couturier is out with an LBI

day 5: Sean Couturier is going on IR, however we don't think it's serious and we consider him day to day

day 10: Funeral services for Sean Couturier will be announced tomorrow.

We read it in class senior year. My teacher was a joke that year. No one even paid attention. I actually stopped reading the books the last few months. She wasn't giving tests on them, so that's her fault. Got an A anyways. I didn't read the Scarlet Letter until an English class in college oddly enough. Overwrought snoozer, like most books of the time. I'm pretty sure Pearl was Damian from the Omen. Frankenstein was an exception to the snoozer part. Read that in 9th grade. Never read The Painted Veil, but oddly enough I saw the movie with Ed Norton and Naomi Watt. Good movie but entirely unremarkable. The Yangtze River though is boss visually.

He's a pretty attractive dude though. Might even be elitely attractive. I admit it. Now you have to admit it.

- Giroux_Is_God

Patrick Roy is probably the most elite attractive coach in the NHL. It's really slim pickings tbh. Everyone else basically looks like Bruce Boudreau. Hakstol might very well be elite attractive out of that mess. Though something strikes me as funny about him. Like he acts all boring, no nonsense, serious, intense but you just KNOW the guy is a secret kinky freak. It wouldn't surprise me to know he moonlights as a drag karaoke singer or something.
