I really enjoyed Straight Outta Compton: I thought it was a really well told quasi-biopic, and if you grew up/listened to anything of that genre or just have a general interest in music history, it's a pretty fantastic backstory.

I didn't know much about the movie. I grew in that era of rap music so was pretty cool seeing all the stories. My wife and I couldn't believe how much the actor playing ice cube looked like him, it was uncanny. Turns out it was his son.
