I think a decent goal for the Flyers this year would be to crack the first round of the playoffs to get some experience for the young guys.

FWIW, I don't think there is any point in sending down Laughton. He needs more NHL time. Unfortunately Hackstol doesn't trust him yet.

I'm trying to recall when a player comments on the playing status of another player. I can't seem to remember an instance.

The Medvedev/Ghost pairing is just not working. But I don't want to scratch either one. Just not enough muscle between those two

I'm hoping next year they make the playoffs. They'll work a couple more D into the lineup and see what all the tiny little forwards we drafted have to offer.

The following year we can maybe look to win a round or two.

Laughts signed his ELC on 08/08/2012, so it's been more than 3-years since. He meets that threshold.

'Age', I believe, is determined at the beginning of a season is based off draft-age. Laughts was 21 when the season started based off that.
