That point somewhat feels like a victory. Time to try and get a bonus point. |

THIS - KINGS67
Was lucic's slash of the hand worth 2, 4 or 5? Slashed his hand so hard it took the glove right off.
Lucic should have gotten a penalty not mcnabb. Kings had the better scoring chance in the 5 minute penalty too. |

He plays with a lot of emotion. Love watching the guy. I laugh every time he gets into a scrum or two with the offense of the opposing team. Love when goalies stand up for them selves even its the little bit of contact in the crease |

I just meant I was amazed it sheered off clean, completely. Doesn't usually happen like that. |

Yeah.... I know what you mean. For as long as I've seen him. He occasionally breaks his stick like that. Maybe when he's that pissed, as he gets every so often, he knows where and how to break it. It's not the first time he's done that. Not the last either |

i was htinkng about it.
mcnabb did hit him in a vulnerable position and did not go all in until he is falling. there is a slight delay enpugh to make a decision even at the speed pf hockey.
but lucic man what a cheap arr. i think what he did desrved the five minute because it was a dangerous play, he saw his dman lining him up was out of the play and causes it all to happen. i think you are responsible for your actions, though i am not so sure the rule book would follow. by this i simply mean lucic set himself up for two minutes and then the resulting injury he deserved to be tossed.
that was not the only high hit in the game.
still not sure mcnab deserved five on it. but damn the kings play on the edge all the time where almost every play is just barely not or is a penalty. |

eliott was great. honestly watching the shootout i was imagining shooting on either goalie and i was thinking i would prefer to shoot on elliott. the way quick was coming out would mess with my head because of his strange angle. i was thinking the only way to beat him like that is take a shot and roof it.
my favorite way is to cross over on the forehand make the goalie move across and make the first move and especially a poke check. i could not see that working on quick. he has improved.
elliott was not named one of the three stars. ypu have got to be kidding. parayko was named the number one star and while he played well did not cause a major change in the game. |

100% agree lucic should have gotten the penalty. Whether it was a 2 or 5, well, that's debatable in my opinion. Dangerous, no doubt! But mcnabb with a "charging" call, ha, that's laughable. And the 5 and game were ridiculous. But that's just me.... And probably a few others

Wonder if anybody is still thinking we should trade Pietrangelo? Played over 60 minutes in 24 hours while scoring 2 points and +2 in two of the hardest fought games the team has played this year. No way do we get points in either of the last two games without him in the lineup.
Sounds like Stastny will be back shortly but I'm a bit worried about the other guys. Luckily the schedule is pretty light this week. |

Just saw the MPS hits from a different angle. Slash, the cross check, then hip checking a guy in a vulnerable position. Lucic could've gotten two, four, or five... |

We need to see this more often from him. It shouldn't be a surprise to see him actually hit the net with a shot. But it is. |
