LOL, the Amac comment is senseless. Drouin scored 4 goals in 70 games last season. His assist totals were good. He had 8 points in 19 games, this season including 2 goals. Obviously, the team feels he needs more development, and some playing time. He missed some time with injury. If he currently was efficiently scoring, they would not have demoted him.

He missed a bunch of games due to injury. They obviously aren't happy with where he is right now. Won't hurt to go down and play a lot to get his game back.

I doubt they trade him unless they get some great offer. Why would you move a player under team control for another 5 years? Especially when he has this type potential.

Drouin is a pass first, second and third guy. A great talent, but not what we need.

Get a top 10 pick and get a big, skilled guy like Dubios, or with a little lottery luck, Laine.

That was my thinking. If for whatever reason a guy like this is available, you absolutely kick the tires. Doesn't matter why, unless he is a criminal imo.

Yeah, he should tell Drouin to suck it up for the rest of this season and then either keep him and fire Cooper if the team doesn't go on a nice playoff run or just trade Drouin for the best offer at the draft if TB does well in the playoffs.
