Glad to hear it man. We're all pulling for Booner. It's not the same here without him. - CubanBuffet
If anyone has any wishes for him and knows where he is found, you can pm me. The only thing I know of him is that he lives in the part of town that I grew up and that he wanted to buy a truck, but mine was to old for his needs at the time. |

You may have to explain this, I know that when I take my clothes of there seems to be laughter, but it's never been explained as laughter sex. |

Good morning boys, and lady, I don't have anything on Booner since I last updated you. He had one day to get his things together and get down to Vancouver, it was urgent!
If I hear anything I'll let y'all know, as long as he's ok with it. |

I'm looking at the Canucks 102 goals against, only Calgary and Edmonton are worse in the entire Western Conference, their inability to defend or play within a structured defensive system is really killing them.
Well that and LOFT. I think Benning needs to take a long hard look at totally remaking the defense sooner than later. |

Oh geez it sucks coming here every day to see the same crap posted daily, in huge amounts. Same whining about the same players day after day. Trade half the team blah blah blah.
Something fresh would be good....and no I don't mean fresh whining about different players. I mean lets actually debate something new or fresher. The SO point 1 yesterday was good.....done to death in the past but has been quite awhile.
OK so here's 1....this year our D is by far worse than last year. Although Bieksa wasn't a great D and most agreed he had to go, in hindsight are we actually weaker on D now without him?
nevermind the whole bieksa sbisa trainwreck pairing though, That just brought bieksa down to a new low - SMBDragon
No, we're better without bieksa. |

I was in a discussion on Sunday with my two sons , both avid hockey fans .
One said Tanev and Edler are good and the older one says Edler blows. I think they are decent for 3/4 but no higher. Being the best of a bad bunch doesn't make one good. It just means you are better than the rest of the sorry lot.
We need to start bringing in some players that are specialist and start moving the ones that just munch minutes.
The team can go another two years as Tanev Edler hold the fort at 3/4 but JB has to find a 1/2 by beg steal or deal. |

Edler isn't nearly as bad as some people think. The guy is a solid all-round D-man. 90% of the frustration comes from his stupid drop pass during the PP... which i would say is more of a systems thing than it is an Edler thing.

I am sure I have seen some highlight reels showing him putting a pass on the game winning goal in OT for the other teams stick on this road trip.
Edler is not as good as some here think and he is not as bas as others think. He is a decent #3 |

Shooting into the other teams shins on the PP also pisses me off constantly |

Even the top guys like Buf, Seabrook, Yandle etc are old, expensive and in decline.
Outside of a highway robbery type trade (of which i don't have much confidence in Benning) i think our D-core is going to be an issue for years to come.
Hopefully we get decent goal-tending from Markstrom/Demko. |

Benning needs to pull a Garth Snow and draft all defencemen in one draft, unless he wins the first overall.

We should have 3 picks in the top 40 with the Columbus 2 nd . Hopefully we can pluck two more picks with Hamhuis and Vrbata from the top 60 |

I hope Benning has learnt by now that this isn't a team that can win, no more need for reaching on guys like Baertschi and Vey.
Keep those picks and draft. |

Columbus has the option of giving us that pick in the draft of their choice. 16, 17 or 18... It won't be 16. |

It is time for that rebuild .
Arizona just told Doan he is welcome to stay as long as he wants. I just don't get that mentality. |
