Would you trade him for a first?

At last, the new blog!

I was liveblogging college basketball this morning, which naturally ended up going into overtime.

A look at last night's good effort and the preview for Sunday afternoon's matchup against Florida, right here:

I agree in principle.
However
RJ would provide us a solid 2c behind Henrik (teaching him how to be a pro). And then hopefully a 1c.
The kid is like 23.

So this isn't the same scenario as big buff (which does not fit current trajectory.

As is often said on this site. You have to give to get.

With all that said, I really don't see Vancouver as being in a position to offer enough pieces to snag him during the year. Offseason would suit us much more.
Or when he gets to ufa!

UFA is a few years away, I agree with give to get but not 1st rounders IMO, I'd rather see McCann or Bo with Tanev package as I think Columbus needs a guy like tanev bad.

Would i trade Boeser for a 3rd liner? No.

What i'm saying is draft picks are not sure things.
For every Boeser their is a Patrick White.

Here's a comparison.
Would you trade Hansen for Jensen?

You have a point. I have way more trust in a Benning 1st rounder than a Gillis or Nonis pick. Also, a 1st rounder hold more value than it did 5-10 years ago. Greater scouting, analytics, development programs etc.
