keep waiting for 14 to step it up. He doesn't make his linemates better, he is average at faceoffs, offers little to physicality or in your face play.

Wait, there's a team on the moon, and the Penguins traded Crosby to it? I'm totally seeing a game there next year.

how does he keep his hair perfectly dry and styled after playing a game? He pulls that mask off and BAM, perfect sculpted hair. What's his secret?
- BulliesPhan87

Pixie stix. Just sprinkles a few of them on his hair before the game.

I hope you don't plan on wearing a Flyers jersey, heard they have a hostile crowd.

Yeah totally!

If only he has been a bit more physical drawing that penalty in OT, or had been smarter than shooting on that short handed goal, we could have won.

He's worse than Coburn, Carter, and Stevens combined!!!

But still better than Carle. And it's all Holmgren's fault.

have you heard the term mccrossined?
- 2Real

You do know what McCrossin is a strength and conditioning coach AND an athletic trainer, not a doctor?

And, you do know there is a difference between all three?

True story: He is currently going for his doctorate. Not sure in what, though.

I don't think it could have been that weak if Lack couldn't control the rebound.

I dunno... judging from the Hartsy trade, if Hexy wants to be rid of a contract, he doesn't seem shy about getting it done ASAP, even if it means eating money/another bad contract to get it done.

AMac just turned 29 too... so the term is long, but if he were really seen as a reliable 4-6, you'd figure some team would risk investing $2-3M until he's 34-35, right?

And I don't think there was anything worse Hexy could do to AMac's trade value than hit him w/ the stigma of being buried in the AHL -- leads me to believe that it was a last-resort kind of thing.

#speculation

There are other variables involved, such as what the return would be. Other teams could be looking to swap contracts. What happened doesn't necessarily mean that other team wouldn't trade for him, it just means Hextall wasn't offered a deal he was willing to accept. There's no question though, that the Flyers are de-valuing their own player.

Cool. More than likely, it's in athletic training, which is different then a medial doctor. A lot of the same course work, but for different reasons.

I have a few friends that got to intern at as AT's with the flyers. They went to WCU, and I think McCrossin went there too, which is why they get a lot of WCU interns. If it wasn't him, it's someone else on that staff.
