Westy, it's not that he will light the world on fire, I bring it up because the Leafs, as an organization, are screwing with the guy. Bad form.

He could not crack the Canucks top 6 right now and then Alex Biega is ahead of him on the depth chart. While, yes, I think, as a prospect, the Canucks should be given something for all of the investment they made into him, that is secondary to seeing his growth come to an absolute end due to mismanaging players and an uncaring fanbase.

One thing I was really looking forward to seeing was the young guys on the Nucks.

Probably never. The team needs to play their #1 less than any other team in the league due to travel. More than any other team they need a strong backup that they're comfortable playing. At least the teams in Cali have each other and AZ nearby. Calgary is as close as it gets for us, over 1000KM
