I always enjoy watching the one-way rivalry that is Leafs and Canucks.

It's funny how angry Canuck fans are at the Leafs.

- RogerRoeper

By one way I take you mean there's only one team winning the games, year after year.

I think the Canucks losing to Leafs last year was the first time in 10 years. Hard to have a two way rivalry when one teams wins every game.

Can't wait to see that big offseason signing Matthias play tonight...

Tootoo ran to the teacher and cried because Burrows called him a name.

- boonerbuck

Tootoo is and always will be trash. The guy cries wolf, turtles, sucker punches, hits to injure and he tries to use race card, alcoholic history, brothers suicide etc...with the media to call out Burrows. Tootoo is a POS and shouldn't be employed in the NHL, or anywhere for that matter.

He's lucky Trudeau got in, his EI checks are going to be a bit bigger next year when he's collecting.

Carol, you work for the bleacher report?

Tells me you were not part of the team that ranked the Leafs 4th amongst all teams from the 2015 draft?.

Good luck tonight everyone.

We finished 3rd.

- walshyleafsfan

Nope.

I'm one of several writers who votes in the Bleacher Report Power Rankings every week but I had nothing to do with the draft rankings.

The waiver rules came into existence to protect teams from other organizations who simply try to hoard talent while not playing them. Teams could pick players off and simply sit them or hide them in the A.

Of course Toronto fans see nothing wrong with this... lets face it....

Toronto is an awful, disgusting organization that has the world's most obvious disgraceful, and fruitless, tank job sullying the Logo forever. They are grotesque in hiring a coach for an obscene amount of money. They do not care about their fans and their fans are akin to Stockholm Syndrome following this bunch of losers.

Gauntlet thrown....

I wonder if this Corrado issues will even get mentioned on the broadcast tonight? Seeing that it's the CBC's prime time game and in Toronto, I highly doubt it.

It's hilarious people think CBC will never say anything negative about the Leafs. People don't pay attention.

This idea the national media loves the Leafs and never says anything bad about them boggles my mind. Complete myth.

That headline isn't pro Toronto though. The argument was that they never dare criticize the Leafs. A story pointing-out Kadri's offensive struggles and hoping to "Break-out" isn't proving your point.

Obviously they critisize the Leafs, they wouldn't be watching the games if they didn't. Ask Kessel about the Toronto media. National media is different from Toronto media, and we are sick of it.

I'm the biggest Jays fan in the world, but cutting to a special report on Shapiro moments (seconds) after an OT goal is scored is bush league.

The network owns the team. It's all cross-promotion, Makes business sense.

The "National Media" criticizes the Leafs plenty.

Because of $$$. You haven't figured this out yet? I bet most Canuck fans think it's to make things better for Leaf fans

Their giving the NHL billions for television rights. Of course they're going to try to max-out commercial revenue.

Only the Leafs could get crap for the Corrado situation. There's no rule that says you have to play a guy you pick-up.

I's like the Leafs getting crap for not giving a big tribute to Phil Kessel.

It's absolutely proving the point. Kadri is a fringe NHLer that is the networks headlining article. Would you find it odd if TSN had Higgins for the article instead?

There's a rule you can't send him to the minors...
