I think it's cross roads time with him. A lesser paid talent could do what he's been doing the last 3 seasons and he still has a fair bit of trade value. Even if he all of a sudden looks better after the trade and people will start crying... a young player of good pick is better for this team.

Vantel has said this and much more for years. I was happy when he rebounded some last year but he is right back to where he was 2 seasons ago... sucking and costing and frustrating the hell out of me.

I barely spend time in the Leafs thread anymore. The Reimer vs Bernier debate got old a year ago. Also, there's not much else to learn now that I know the Leafs have 8 of the top 5 prospects in the league.

I disagree with the Leafs challenged goal simply based on the hair splitting irrellivent contact that has resulted in a number of goals being pulled back already this season... knew it would be like this... rule it one way or the other, no black and white... like everything in this league... keep a high level of grey area every season so they can safely manipulate parody without having to answer to intelligent paying fans who are few and far between.
