He doesn't move his feet. He moves in intervals of two strides & 5ft of gliding, two strides & 5 ft of gliding, 2 strides & 5 ft of gliding. I already said it once today, you'd think that once he got his shot at some ice time, he would have his feet moving constantly and try to do something... ANYTHING. Pucks hit his stick and end up 15 ft away from him, he's tries defending and his molasses feet stay right where they were 10 seconds prior to the attacking player coming at him, he tries making a pass but his molasses feet stay stagnant and the pass goes way off target. I've never been so disgusted at a player's performance as vinny's last night. He looks like he doesn't give a flying (frank) about playing for the flyers and that's NOT acceptable.

I only made it through the first period, but I thought his line generated some decent chances and noticed him specifically on the rush. He did have a chance where he should have buried (the feed from Gagner) but its not easy to get any form when youre mostly out of the lineup and then when youre finally in, your lines are getting changed.. He CLEARLY lost his game, but if he were consistantly being played I dont think he would be as bad as hes made out to be. Having said that, I would obviously enjoy his name not being on our roster, these are just the cards were dealt...

The annoying part of all of this is next year has a decent projection for UFA. A year to perhaps consider diving into the madness.

With the money tied up in the Nazgul 4, would be tough.

Obviously not all are making FA but some interesting names : Byfuglien, Grabner, Vrbata, Backes, Eriksson, Okposo, Hamhuis, Hudler, Jagr, Nielsen, Gaustad, Ott, Helm, Abdelkader, Demers and Fiddler.

Options to at least upgrade at some positions may be out there.

Backes Okposo, Fiddler, Neilsen,... And big Buff. Doubt we get any of them, but some of them could be had at a reasonable price. I guess it depends who we can dump before Trade deadline
