We stole a game tonight and didn't give a point to a conference rival like the crappy flyers did. Thank you Griess. Cappy pumping his fist in the air on the winner with an expression of relief instead of disgust or embarrassment. AL would be lambasting them in the locker room right now.

There aren't many teams besides Chicago that are more skilled than the Isles, but the Isles sometimes have trouble winning against the more physical teams. 3 on 3 works in favor of the skilled teams.

The physical teams and the playoffs have me worried John. I know we are far away from the playoffs, but I'm worried about the Isles in trench warfare. I just do not see them built for a long run right now. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Agree Isles are a very skilled group especially up front.
Love that they won but if you dissect the game and your the coach you should puke.
Another game with 30 plus shots against, and give aways a plenty.

The wins are great and obviously needed, but the Isles need to play the right way all the time. It has to start now so when the playoffs start the team is ready and is playing a proper winning system. This sloppiness is not going to fly during a short tough playoff series.

You can't flip a switch and play a defense first game in the playoffs, just doesn't work.
it's not going to fly against well coach teams in the regular season forget about playoffs.
Your regular season wins mean nothing as far as I'm concerned if you lose in the playoffs especially in the first found. But then again I'm a big complainer so.....
