Remind me to hit you right in the melon while you're not in a position to see me come.

I'll make sure that the stretcher is warm and confy for you and that you have plenty of towels to wipe the drool off your stupid face.

Milbury on Mason. Here we go.
- hereticpride

can't agree with him on the 3rd goal ... it's hard as hell to stop a puck that's deflected off a skate like that.

I'm so frustrated right now, probably anything I say is going to just be hyperbole, but man, I swear it's nights like tonight that make me wonder why, exactly, some of these guys shouldn't be moved

Not naming any names. Just truly wondering if this team really should look at moving people sooner than later, because again, we wouldn't be breaking up the 1970s Canadiens here

what a horrendous 2nd.

How can a team come out that soft and timid when you freaking start the period on a 5 minute PP?

- sirpaulj7

it's a (frank)ing disgrace. they had a decent first period and gave up 2 because of giroux.

to have a 5 minute pp at the start of the period after a dirty hit by a former teammate go that way, and give up a shortie is a (frank)ing disgrace.

this is the kind of play that is unacceptable.

The first period was good the second was bad and next comes the ugly.

True, true. A coach can't teach heart and fight to a team. This isn't the coach's fault. To come out so flat after that hit and be asleep the whole period is on the players noT the coach. I think they are truly scared of the Bruins. This is the Reason I stopped watching last year. At least show some heart and fight, don't shake in a corner afraid of the big bad Bruins. Just sad. Mason needs to find his game.
- LJF

Other than Giroux's brain cramps in the first period, the Flyers completely outplayed the Bruins in that period. When did they become scared of the Bruins? During the first intermission?

of course it is. the puck was through a screen and changed direction in an instant. milbury should shut the (frank) up. the 2nd goal was horrendous. i agree with him there.

why is it that we never see other goalies give up goals like that against us. no we get flopping shoulder/chin saves with a gaping net.

need a big trade/shake up... too much comfort with playing poorly. there's enough guys out there that can shake things up, yet nobody does.

How you can come out that flat in a period that starts with a long PP is mind boggling. The jump that they had in the first was gone.

The "mix" hasn't been great for a while now. Whatever improves the team I'm on board with. Doesn't matter who. Just don't go and get fleeced.

Id seriously start considering moving Simmonds for a LW. I love him. He's a heart and soul guy. But he just does not fit anywhere on this team at even strength.

Is that because of Simmonds, or because of the players playing with him?

Yes it appears that was about the time it happened. The first period was fine. It should have been clear that I wS talking about the 2nd period. After that hit by Zac they came out scared And stated getting thrown around like rag dolls and there was no fighting back. They bent over.
