Still likely would have been a suspension........OHL tends to overreact on some of these but he probably has a history so that may be the leading factor.

That's the deranged smile of a man who the night before came into Brayden's room and knocked him on the head with a lead pipe thinking if he got a concussion, he would enter the lineup.
Perhaps it was just poor writing on the part of OHL Insiders and they should have questioned whether the hit was worth 10 games. Definitely a bad hit targeting the head, but I think as you suggested, 10 games might be an over-reaction.
