That's kind of what it looked like. Looked a little too painful for that though. I wouldn't say I'm any tougher than the next guy, but I've shredded about 60% of my meniscus and it didn't really hurt all that bad. It wasn't pleasant and I couldn't put any weight on it, but it was relatively painless. And another time I tore my ACL and didn't even realize until like 10 minutes later when it just didn't feel right. When you see football players hurt their knees and are rolling around it's because they got hit on the knee. There's virtually no nerves in the major structures of the knee because there's no/very little blood flow.
But you know what's incredibly painful? Groin pulls. That'll stop you in your tracks. |
