if the Leafs have to play a lot of catch up, you could see some guys put up solid numbers. but if Babcock has the Leafs playing tighter hockey, like Horacheck, their offensive numbers will be ghastly.

I'm still waiting on Corrado and Wotherspoon to be superstars....that's shots at two teams fans...when you go through the Brendan Bells and Keith Aulies of the world, hell even the Matt Finns you become very skeptical of d prospects. Might as well throw in Luke Schenn in there too.

what are the rules there? i know a claiming team can't just stick a player in the minors without exposing him to waivers again, because that wouldn't be fair to the team that originally waived him. but do the claiming teams have to keep the player in the NHL for any length of time? i feel like only Adam French will know the answer. and i think he's dead.

As far as I know, they have to play for the NHL club or be exposed to waivers again.
