I certainly don't see Schneider as a significant upgrade on Bernier. Definitely not enough of one to warrant what it would cost to get him... which is at the very least taking back Zajac.

In 3 years when the team is emerging from the rebuild we were all sold was happening, sure. Not now, and certainly not now when considering the young assets/picks it requires to acquire Zajac and Schneider from NJD.

I'd be happy with Hardy Astrom in net if it meant higher picks in round 2 onwards (as lottery position is 1st round only).
