I think you're looking at both being expansion. There is no other city lined up for a team at the moment and if you move one and expand then you have 31 teams

flip side, everyone thought vanek was a good guy and family man, til years later we find out he is playing poker in a back room 60 miles away til 4 am on game nights

I have been at this for 13 years. The newest generation has been the tough grind as the FCC rewrote all the rules. My webmaster is currently rebuilding all our sites. We will be proof reading when he is done. I have far to many other things going on right now to even worry about it. He must have made mistakes transcribing documents.
