I haven't watched much...but I heard that lots last year...and I thought the exact opposite...I'm hoping he has a great year.

I agree ..two yes ago he was pretty good scoring 10 goals in the regular season,Boston series playoffs he was very very good..last year he was Aki berg, this year lets see..all I know is most great D men only got great in there later mid 20s, he just turned 25 and so far he's playing pretty good

I know he's a good skater...defensively just wow. Even offensively sometimes he's just wow. So I'm not holding my breathe but crossing my fingers for him. If he has a great year...so do the Leafs. ( playoffs ) IMO

Well you have to dump some salary on us, how else are we going to stay above cap floor. There's only so many Pronger contracts out there we can trade for.

I wanted them to draft Hanifin.

They didn't. So now we forget about it and hope that Marner develops into an impactful NHLer. There was ZERO chance of him being in the NHL this year. It was ridiculous to even suggest it might happen.

Nobody expected him to be in the nhl I don't think but to be more then just another body in pre season games would have been nice...see how Strome Eichel and some of the other guys are producing..like I said he looked invisible

strome is in an ideal spot.. a team lacking at the position

hanifin was considered to be the only NHL ready guy after Mcdavid and eichel leading up to the draft.

Marner will be fine.. just needs to grow into his body yet is all.
