4-4 guarantees em at least a tie with the yanks, and thats assumming the yanks sweep the cubs and red sox.

Yeah and I higly doubt the yanks go 8-0 down the stretch. It might just be the Toronto fan in me but I have this terrible feeling that pitching is gonna shat the bed in the playoffs. No confidence in anyone outside of price.

Yea need Richardey starting at home and hope Stroman keeps it together. At least they have Buehrle the old vet on call if any starter gets in trouble early.

stroman been lights out, estrada been one of the better pitchers in the league all year, Richardey throws a good game 80% of the time.

Tanaka looked real good in his last outing against the jays. If he pitches like that it could turn price into a non factor and all it takes is for a couple of Richardeys knuckleballs to hang and were behind early. Not trying to be negative but the leafs have me ruined

edit: yanks would need to use Tanaka in the wild card. that puts him in gm 3 at the earliest. if it's the astros, same thing with keuchel.

Price is the better pitcher but if the jays don't get him any run support it could be a waisted outing. They had a hard time getting anything off tanaka last game.
