Kadri was actually a notorious coke fiend in his junior days, for what it's worth.

But really a lot of guys are. I think Taylor Hall dabbled and Kassian too.

I know everyone wants half the team traded for all the picks in the coming draft but I don't see that happening with the guys the Leafs signed.

I expect a few picks to be had for guys like Grabner or a decent prospect or two. Maybe package some of these guys with a late pick to get a higher pick. Who knows.

Yeah, I don't have super high expectations for flipping these guys. If they can manage something along the lines of how they handled Santo and Franson, it's not a bad strategy. It all hinges on their drafting. Obviously they don't like a lot of Burke and Nonis' guys and think they can do better. Looking at Burke's draft record, I'm okay with letting Hunter try and improve upon those depth picks.

Just saw the article. He's been to two nhl camps, he's been around guys that played I the nhl.

The article mentioned that he only knows by the talk, hasn't seen first hand.

Both of them for Zajac is just flat out nuts, Kadri straight up would be an upgrade at centre for the Leafs if they were the same age, and on similar contracts, but as is it would be a bad trade for us as well. This rumor makes no sense whatsoever from the perspective of a Leafs team that's in the first year of an extensive re build. If Lou is proposing it, Shanny should reconsider his employment status.

I heard something about Hall and mushrooms, which would probably be great for team building. They should give Kadri some mushrooms. I feel like Phaneuf would be a good spirit guide. I bet when these guys go out to Dion's pad in PEI they trip out and bust rails. Elisha probably has a line on killer, killer poop.
