The crowd at the Ricoh was pretty impressivley loud and pretty much split 50/50

The frightening part was the number of adults who were there who really bought into this. I swear they believed it. One guy in front of me was fighting with a woman behind me about whether or not the ECW was defunct...

I can't figure out how these people gt money for tickets. They weren't cheap!

He looks like he could handle himself in the NHL at this point, but they want to get him nice and over-ripened, until he's swollen and leaky.

I think he would benefit from being in the A, but more than that, why?

I think this is going to be a tough year for a lot of guys on the Leafs. Nylander would help the team, but to what end. Is it worth it having him in the impending sh1t show.

Because a season playing big minutes at C in the AHL will benefit him, and there's no point in having him on the Leafs even if he was kicking ass. May as well let him develop and use the roster spot to possibly build up and flip one of these tryout guys. This is such a burner year for the Leafs anyway.
