Ho-Sang, who was sent back to the OHL's Niagara IceDogs, explained that he never set an alarm the entire week leading into the main camp and relied on a wake-up call from the front desk or a roommate.

Yeah I saw that the other day. He (frank)ed up pretty bad. It may end up being great if it shows him how much he needs to get his act together. If not, then oh well. His loss.

hmmm....I like those first two lines.. Kulemin, Grabovski, Bailey/Petrov third line (if he makes the team and continues to impress) with our fourth line is a good way to fill out the bottom six. Interesting line combos. I'm not wild about Nielsen as our second line center, but Grabovski with Kulemin and maybe Petrov makes sense.

I really like these line combos.

Still a big fan of the kid line being together, but not sure what we finish top line with JT-KO.

Really like grabo-kuli-petrov as well. Bailey stinks, hopefully this year he is what grabner was last year - depth only.

I like this too - they are looking for real NHL-experienced front office people instead of promoting some former player or AHL nobody.

Hey all. I'm a new member, I had finally gotten a phone with a carrier that is listed on the options for signing up here. I have been coming to this site for quite a few years and always going to the message board to see what was happening and be entertained by all the Islander talk going on since I get none of that here where I live in Iowa. I moved to Iowa ten years ago from Farmingville and have rarely missed an Islander game since. Now I'm watching them with NHL Game Center Online here in my college dorm room. I've been through it all here in the last few years with ya guys including Dee Karl (had a huge celebration when Dan got his own blog) and now having to deal with rangerdanger on the daily. I hope you all can embrace me and I'll finally have a group of people to talk Islander Hockey with besides my family. Go Isles!

I think he would have taken that since they played for a while on the BST and he knows what to expect. Playing with strait is like playing with a box of chocolates you never know what you'll get
