Not a bad game; liked what I saw from Parenteau, JVR, Loov, Brown & Bernier. Thought Seto played better than I expected, but still looked like a guy trying too hard to make things happen....gripping his stick too tight. Didnt watch the away game.

so just scanning TSN headlines and scores... notice 2-3 articles about McDavid and his 2 assists last night. When I look at the box score, Yakupov had 4 goals...man the media is horrible.

Made Paleo pancakes today with almond flour eggs and water as the base.
