I think that this Leafs team will actually make a run at the playoffs. It's the same club, sans Kessel, that was in a playoff spot at Christmas time. JVR, Kadri, Rielly, Bernier and Gardner are one year older, and more experienced. The UFA's that were signed, in he off season, will make this a competitive club. With Babcock coaching this club, they may be better then most people will give them credit for. It would not surprise me, to see them putting pressure on a team like the Habs, or the Penguins, for that final playoff spot. Do I think that it's a good thing? Not at all. They haven't yet addressed their hole at first line centre and need to upgrade the defense. I see them finishing 10th in the conference.

They will be better than people think. Wherever they are at the deadline will have a huge impact on where they finish. They'll have another fire sale or if they think they have a realistic chance of making it they will likely keep some of them and maybe trade a few for picks who they know won't be coming back.

Go to Stubhub, pay the extra $ so you know you're not getting ripped off. Lots of scam sales these days. If you're putting out the dough for a trip up, don't end up watching the game in a bar.
