I do, BUT, that year there were 14 players over 90 points. My prediction for a relatively lower total is because the days of the 100+ pts in a season seem to be dwindling (87pts led the league last year) barring any more changes to "get more goals in games".

Those points, if last year wasn't an anomaly across the league, would put him in some pretty amazing company. I think he gets to 70-80 range in his 2nd or third year.

I also think Crosby dominated as a rookie because of his explosiveness beating out a lot of the guys lingering from the clutch & grab era.

Too many hockey guys saying McDavid is the real deal. And they've been saying it for years too. Hall isn't Lemieux, but outside of his injury filled season last year hes been one of the top 5 scoring LWs in the game. I think that's even the case if you include last season in a 4 season analysis (lost the website so can't check.) McDavid is going to score more points than Nate, likely will match Kanes 2007 season. Probably closer to 80 points though. top 10 in the league.

Actually, Mario only played 26 games Crosby's rookie year.
