This may well be the case, but I predict that Bernier's career will also be done by the end of his current 2 year contract. |

He's a nice guy but he really is a poor goalie. When he gets released by the Leafs I doubt he'll get another gig. Certainly not as a starter. Interesting to see who Babcock thinks is the better goalie. |

The thing with Reimer is, he usually always makes the first save but the rebound always goes to a bad area, add in having a defence with no hockey IQ like Phaneuf didn't help. |

The thing with Reimer is, he usually always makes the first save but the rebound always goes to a bad area, add in having a defence with no hockey IQ like Phaneuf didn't help.

He had a save % worse than the monster. |

Absolutely. But better than Reimer. Called me old fashioned, but I prefer the better player when given an option of two. I find that's the way a team improves. I live by a simple code as a GM. Take the better player |
