Looks possible in terms of top 8, although I'd swap CBJ and WSH. I'd also swap PHI and BOS. Can't see the Leafs being better than Ottawa unfortunately. Sabres may surprise if goaltending steps up.

He's 24. His numbers will likely get better as the team gets better. That's not to say they should have given up a first for him but im not going to call him a dud without seeing him play yet.
