I don't even enjoy their games anymore. I'm hate-watching when I watch them play. I'm guessing that's not healthy.

I'll stick to watching good teams play until the Leafs are competitive again I think.

Naw man, I have the coat hanger that looks like hockey sticks, and Kessel socks that when you hold your ankles together form a picture of Kessel. Just casual fan stuff.

Actually when that Budweiser goal light thing came out, the commercial came on and my gf immediately started saying NO NO NO lol...I was like come on hon, I wouldn't want that (frank)ing thing...although...it wouldn't come on very often...

The second half last season was so grotesque that I wasn't really watching, I mostly had it on in the background. This is the first year of zero expectations. I'll keep tabs on how important young players are doing, but it won't really matter if the game is on that night. Mostly I want to see Babcock with his 'where-did-I-put-those-damn-keys' expression on his face all the time. Best coach face in sports.

I think I'm going to use hockey watching time to learn some kind of skill this season. Like learn how to play guitar, or small appliance repair, something like that.

When they were the worst team in the league for the second half, that's pretty much pointless. This season, if they are mediocre but are playing hard and playing a good system, I'll watch a bit. But then all these guys you know they're going to ditch them at the deadline anyway, it's a bunch of temps.
