Yeah my few complaints about him are minor and have no effect on wins or losses. I think PeteV brought it up in our thread, almost every coach has a shelf life for a certain team. Some longer some shorter. I do believe AV will eventually hit that point, just not nearly as fast as Torts did.
- mdw7413

Yeah they all have a shelf life. Winning the Stanley Cup is one of those things where the stars have to be in line and Jupiter has to be aligned with mars. Anything can have a positive or adverse effect on winning it (example MSL with his mom when you guys were down 3-1 against the Pens). The guy is a tactician and I watch just about every Ranger game that doesn't coincide with an Islanders game and I'd consider myself veey fortunate if he were my coach. Theres very little he does that I don't think "that was a good move". There is that Tanner Glass thing though

Have to give us Brock. I want the two goofiest players in the league playing on the same line. Hayes & Brock.
- mdw7413

Hamonic hands down without a doubt wins that award. With that said theres few players on our team that I don't appreciate more. Looking foward to watching him play!

Whats even funnier, was of all people a Pens fan liking it.

I'm still waiting for one of the real "passionate" (read: lunatics) from your thread to fly off the handle about it.

Yeah he's pretty (frank)ing goofy. But we don't need defense.. Well, except according to Tanner. Always liked Hamonic he plays a gritty game.

I don't know if anyone really goes on the main thread. At least the regulars. Except there are a couple I have never once seen post in Jan's thread, but say some of the dumbest poop in the main thread. I always just assumed they were your alts.

I have zero alts. I live and die by the banned/not-banned status of my eichiefs9 account.

Although I'm relatively rarely banned. I manage to skirt the line most of the time without crossing it, unless it's something so funny that I can't resist.

I watch every Ranger game that I can, that doesn't conflict with an Isles game. This way when I talk an insurmountable level of sh!t to some mongoloid, bandwagon Ranger fan in a bar that knows nothing, I can be well-informed and prepared.

Not saying that all Ranger fans are like that either. But you know damn well that the guy in the bar with the Ranger jersey, Barcelona t-shirt underneath, and the Yankee hat on his head couldn't tell you what number Adam Graves wore or who Esa Tikkanen is, if I put a gun to his head.

One of my favorite all time Rangers for comedic value. I remember there was a story about how he loved talking poop on the ice, but it never affected opposing players because nobody could understand what the hell he was saying.

There does seem to be a lot of Rangers fans that cannot name 5 Rangers.
