Ok guys Im a medical professional treating patients for various physical issues including concussion. Once you have a brain injury its easy to later get another. Symptoms are extremely long lasting in many cases. Recovery takes seriously long amounts of time. If this is indeed in that category of injury and his 2nd then he may well never even make it to nhl at all.

Hopefully this isnt the case as this kid has some serious skills. Such a scenario would seriously screw the franchise, much like the loss of bourdon did. Fingers and toes crossed for mccann.

I've said time and time again that Benning's drafting will likely be better than what we've had on the past, I'll give him credit for that(although it's an assumption since it's hard to judge yet). And the Vrbata signing was excellent. Was also a fan of the Baertschi move. Outside of that, most of his moves have been questionable or just straight up overpayments.

I don't have the Canuck blinders on.

Sutter is a decent 3rd liner center(maybe better as a winger).

Yeah, well, if the guy has problems with non-white people, he isn't going to like Vancity and area... over 50% people have some other mother tongue than english and the most spoken languages behind english are 1. one Chinese language or the other (cantonese/ mandarin) 2. Punjabi...

I dont think benning has made questionable decisions personel wise but overpayments definatively. Miller, sutter, sbisa, and to a lesser extent vrbatta.
