Cowgary is full of smelly cow people.
Their road system is horrible to drive on. If you don't know where you are going be prepared to do alot of back tracking.

Edmonton is much nicer with an amazing river valley. They have nothing to really compare with Whyte ave and the UofA district.

PS... they do have an amazing zoo tho.

oh not going anywhere. was just asking as it happened to cross my mind. it seems that calgary is a nicer city and edmonton more gritty. from i've heard anyway.

i've always wanted to do an edmonton-calgary trip when the bruins are out there but i get the feeling february isn't the best time of year to be out there.

you know Chara or Seids wont stay healthy all season, Miller or Trotman will slide in there.

Irwin is cheap too on a 1 year deal, he could easily be rotated in and out of the line up, not like you have a lot of money tied up in him if he had to go to the press box
